| | Static Chord Licks is a jazz guitar video lesson by Billy Wilkie. This 27 minute Quicktime lesson covers several approaches to soloing over a static chord. Though the chord progression itself doesn't change, we can imply changes by using different scales. This is a method Joe Pass used and we'll learn some licks in the same style. We've also included a static G7 jam track so you can practice these new concepts.
